With our knowledge of the individual market makers and their requirements, we can usually negotiate substantially higher cash offers than an individual going it alone. It is quite usual for us to achieve sale prices of 10%-30% above the insurance company surrender valuations, and sometimes, on certain special policies, we have sometimes obtained over 70% more for clients.
